Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Essential Reading Plus Ltd will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been despatched. Cancelling your order
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us.

Until the goods reach Essential Reading Plus’s warehouse, they are your responsibility. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
Should the goods get damaged, Essential Reading Plus Ltd. might charge you for the direct cost of recovering them.
